Land Hexes Explained
A village is broken down into 6 individual slots.
An owner of a village can modify any of the 6 slots to produce a particular type of resource (resources are produced continually, in real-time). Slots already modified can be upgraded to increase the rate of production.
Land in CryptoRome has real value. The resources they produce are needed to advance in the game, and thus have economic significance within the CryptoRome ecosystem.
Players producing resources they no longer need can either sell the resources to other players or modify their land slots to produce other resources.
Resources and Buildings
Players can choose to farm, mine, or place buildings on their land holdings in CryptoRome.
Farms: Farms take up one slot on a village and produce 1 of the farmed resource daily when the farm is level 1. Farms require resources of the same type to create. Some farmed resources include: wheat, grapes, wood, and sheep.
Mines: Mines take up one slot on a village and produce 1 of the mined resource daily at level 1. Mines require resources such as wood to construct. Some mined resources include: stone and iron.
Buildings: Buildings take the raw materials from farms and mines as input, and create refined goods as output. These good are used for battle, upgrades, and technological improvements within CryptoRome. Buildings require anywhere from 1 slot to 6 slots to place and upgrade. Goods may include: swords, bread, and wine.
